This milestone follows years of research, collaboration, and a shared dream — to unite Africans across the world and create a trusted channel for sustainable, profitable investment back home. Through BridgeFort, anyone, anywhere, will soon be able to invest legally in Africa and participate in the continent’s rising opportunities. Our long-term vision is bold yet achievable: a NASDAQ listing, opening Africa’s promise to global investors.

BridgeFort’s first strategic partnership is with BridgeFort Capital Group (BCG), a financial services company operating in South Africa and Zimbabwe. BCG is building a robust ecosystem in insurance, savings, investments, and funeral services — sectors that touch millions of lives daily. BridgeFort Inc is supporting BCG’s capital raise, preparing it for a regional stock exchange listing or pre-IPO placement, marking an important step toward broader capital market access for African financial innovators.

In parallel, BridgeFort is also taking a strategic stake in Northlands Holdings, an infrastructure company driving tangible progress across Southern Africa. Northlands is currently engaged in contract mining, construction services, and the development of two 25MW solar power projects requiring between US$30–40 million in funding — projects that will power communities and industries across the region.

By anchoring itself in Delaware, BridgeFort gains access to a globally trusted, regulated environment, enabling retail diaspora investors to start with as little as US$100. Our eventual listing will open even more doors — allowing easier entry, seamless exits, and greater transparency for all.
